Bascically business's pay google to advertise there website
business under the sponsored lists on the results page.
Every time someone clicks it google deducts a set amount
from there advertising budget.
Now Adsense is a way for bloggers/website owners like you
and me to promote these adds on our sites/blogs for a slice of
the action.
So basically you are helping google advertise the adword adds.
Than Google will pay us a percentage of what they get for it.
And Because of googles cool technology they can check what your
pages are about and place relevant adds on your site.
This increases the chance someone will click on these adds and
that means more cash for you!
